Add Miscellaneous field to the Purchase Order Requisition window to match the Purchase Order window for Transfers.

Would like to add the Miscellaneous field in the Purchase Order Requisition window to have this flow to the Purchase Order when transferred. This would allow the same fields to be available in the PO Req window that are available in the PO window and allow these to transfer over instead of adding them after the Req is transferred to a PO.
