Pre-created dashboard that measures user adoption and engagement with Dynamics CRM. In order to prove the value of CRM usage, important to track and measure how well and how often CRM is being used. Similar to the Yammer Analytics, important to see
-number of users
-how often do they login
-what records do they create
-how many of each record (activities, contacts, accounts, cases, opportunities, etc.)
-how often do they create them (records created over time)
-is usage growing or declining
-percentage of users engaged vs not engaged
-usage compared to revenue (are more active users better at reaching their goals)
-could probably think of a few others
