When work is blocked, it shows on the work header the blocking reasons. once the reason for the blocking is rectified or actioned this disappears.
It would be a good idea to have somewhere to look this detail histrorically, like work creation history log. That way you can look back and see items, locations, reasons etc. and understand what has occured over time and make decisions with the process to minimise these blocks in the future.
A good example would be work blocked requiring replenishment on an item e.g. call it item 12345. You look at the log and its the number one occurence, it would highlight the pick locations for this item are not big enough or how replen is set up in D365 needs modification.
