Dynamics 365 Sales order function retrieval for non-catalogue expense items with limited quantities and or date range

Wish there is an option to easily retrieve non-inventory courtesy items from customer sales order entries, for purpose to easily retrieve non-inventoried courtesy items within limited quantities and/or limited period range.
