Dear all,

I came to know, if you want to log mobile application as an external user in an Environment from different domain you will not be able to. That is also why the normal users are able to log from the mobile application due to the connector being able to find the Environment in their domain. 

In short, external user is not able to use the mobile application, work around provided by Microsoft team is to create every external user as normal user which is not possible for us in our case,

My suggestion is to please provide any workaround so that we can login the mobile application through external user.
