It is very overwhelming for our customers to cancel their upgrade from 8.2 to 9.0 on premise just because the offline mobile mode is not there anymore. This is placing us in a very bad position in front of our customers! Please let us know if there is any plan to include the offline mode to Dynamics 365 9.0 (on premise) as this is very critical and affect a lot our offering and sales!
