Navigation: Accounts payable -> Setup -> Invoice capture

Users when provided just view access on the Invoice capture parameters form (above mentioned navigation), the field Cost Invoice is still editable.

The approach of restricting business users to read-only access for parameter setup, is commonly adopted by enterprises and is recommended from a system audit perspective. It's a good practice to have view access to critical configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
