Maintaining separate Email Templates, Both Customer Journeys and Journeys, Files vs Library is not manageable and creates duplication of effort.

Add the ability to Journeys to be able to Send Immediately currently we can only set a Start Time 1-2 hours in Future.

We want to transition everything from Customer Journeys to Journeys to remove duplicate effort and confusion and this is a major limitation currently.

This is due to the delay of OBM segment being exported into RTM journeys. We are currently working on improving this.

This is very much needed! I dont understand why a different email entitiy got created in the real time marketing area.... Would be best for both areas to use the same emails. Like that even lead scoring works properly and targets the right assets..
