I have a customer, Chempoint, who’s evaluating FPV. Chempoint often has multiple contacts from the same customer calling them for customer service. They can sometimes call from the same office phone so we have a situation where there are multiple contact records who have the same phone number. At this time FPV doesn't support this. If I have multiple contact records with the same number, when the number calls, FPV does not ID anyone: it simply says a number is calling.


The customer’s desired behavior is to show a list of potentials and then the CSR selects which contact it is after call connects. My understanding is Teams Voice has this behavior. Can we add this on the roadmap? Thank you.

Requested by our business as well. Quite some contacts in a Company with the same number. Would be helpful of the agents are notified about this with the possibilitt to select one on the conversation.
