Modify Width of Field Group Fields

One of our clients asks us to resize the field group column through the design view or via extension. If their description is long it is good to see at a glance.

Thank you for your feedback. We need some more details to understand your suggestion better. Can you please help us by answering the following questions?

  1. We're unsure which field groups this applies to. Here are a few examples that could help us narrow this down. Is it:
    1. The DropDown table field group that drives which fields/columns are shown in lookup dropdowns
    2. A subgroup of fields within a FastTab on a card page
    3. Columns of fields as used in FixedLayout/GridLayout controls
    4. Today, Business Central will automatically distribute all fields, parts and other content on a card page into two columns. On wider screens or those with higher resolution/scaling, the client will distribute fields and content across three columns. Are these the field "groups" being referred to?
    5. Other?
  2. Do you have a practical example in the Microsoft base application that we can look at to understand the problem and identify a solution?

Its  DropDown table field group that drives which fields/columns are shown in lookup dropdowns.Thanks
