Currently with the replacement of CRM client for Outlook. Common users struggle with this cumbersome workaround

also with strange error message presented to the user "Can't complete this action"

Setting up OData is an alternative however, for users that do not have a deep knowledge with back tables or setting up Odata filters this is overwhelming. When they are used to working with their Dynamic sheets and refreshing without using a work around. A similar button would be great to add back for this purpose.
