In a paperless warehouse environment, workers often manage their work queues using a configured 'Display open work list' option on the warehouse mobile app; however, these lists do not automatically refresh in the app as work is started/completed and as new work is created and added to the queue.

This means the users have to exit the open work list and re-enter it in order to see any updates. This is inefficient, especially in a warehouse with multiple users working within the open work list at any given time; they should be able to see the most up-to-date information without having to manually refresh the list.
