Currently the modified date is displayed to the right of an activity in the timeline

Sometimes these dates change and make the timeline confusing and less useful - for example, if the owing team/BU for a case changes this reassign all the activities in a case and give them a new modified date. All email activities in the timeline now appear with the current time rather than when they were created.

I think giving us (company admin) the option to choose (in the timeline settings) between displaying the 'Created On' date or 'Modified On' date for each activitity type in the timeline would be really useful
