Problem Description:


1. We support multiple languages for KA itself, while not for Category.

2. When then KAs are rendered in KA PowerApps Portal side, it's categorized by category by default, However, since multiple language is not supported for category, so all categories will be rendered , no matter what kind of language it is.


Expected Result:


Category should support multiple languages just like KA, so that the end user will see the categories of corresponding language.

For example:

1) for English users accessing the KA portal, the category displayed should be : “print service"

2) For Chinese users, the category displayed should be : “打印服务"

NOTE:  we also see our it's supported by other KM product: Multilingual knowledge base (kustomer.com)
