Proposal to add notification when you updates the Workflow Templates from Microsoft, then system will cleaned up all lines in your current Workflow Templates which even enabled. It will be good that system asks the user regarding this action and alarmed that some excising workflows will be cleaned up, and then user can decide to proceed with this action or not.
