As suggested by @Darin Kramer I am creating an Idea. When creating a department in Talent, the field "Manager" has all the employees listed in the drop-down rather than just the managers. There should be an identifier within the application that an employee is a manager and only the managers are listed in the drop-down list? A flag (Yes/No) could either be set at the employment tab of the worker or on the position itself. The 'Manager' field drop-down list on the department should then pick only the managers based on the flag.
