Wish there is an easy option to easily identify a 2nd and/or 3rd or a listing of all potential applicants, when a potential resource may have been eligible for layoff, not featuring option to identify qualified eligible applicants, human resource user may potentially process the search from a beginning rather then having a human resource backup plan or emergency backup plan.
