Problem: a user may attach many documents to an opportunity, account, work order, or customer asset, but to view the document, the user must click on the link, open the downloads folder, then click on the file to see what it is. It would be better if the user could see a pop-out (tooltip) type thumbnail as they move their mouse over the link.
