One of the discussions we had if ever you could sync a lead as an outlook task?

Yes, you could create a workflow that makes a task for a lead but if the lead has a est closed date to have e.g. this one as a due date on the task for a seller popping up in his outlook opening it up and navigation to the CRM with one click, if necessary.


Maybe define a few conditions in the sync area to prevent every lead to be synched with the owner of the record. Maybe some business would rather want to have opportunities be synched. Or maybe have the lead synched with the pre-sales and then once the pre-sales qualifies it, reassignes the opportunity to the next sales department they would have such opportunities be synched with their outlook calendars to plan their due offerings.... Just an idea... or maybe add a hot warm cold field to the task and use tasks instead of leads (but this would actually be difficult if ever you wanted to access sales navigator from linkedin or any other lead specific tool...)
