Quarantine order was created when we set Batch number and click “Confirm registration” during the RAF on Production order REPRO STEPS GROUP – TEST DETAILS 1. Create two items a. Item number = #p, Product name = #p, Search name = #p, Item model group = FIFO, Item group = Audio, Storage dimension group = SiteWH, Tracking dimension group = None b. Item number = #BOMs, Product name = # BOMs, Search name = # BOMs, Item model group = FIFO, Item group = Audio, Storage dimension group = SiteWH, Tracking dimension group = Batch-Phy 2. Set Default order type = “Production” for the item (#BOMs) 3. Setup BOM line that the item #BOMs has the item #p site =1, warehouse=13, Quantity=1 Then, Approve and Activation 4. Prepare item counts of #p for Production #BOMs •Goto /Inventory management/Journal entries/Items/Inventory adjustment •+New, e.g. site=1, Warehouse=13 •Set Item number = #p and set in Quantity:100, Cost price:10 , then Post 5. Goto Inventory management>Setup>Inventory>Item model groups Then, check on to Quarantine management in FIFO 6. Goto Warehouse management > Setup > Inventory > Batches, then click +New. Add Batch number : 00010 for #BOMs 7. Create production order for #BOMs (Quantity =1) 8. Done “Estimate” > “Start” > “Report as finished” in PROCESS tab 9. In “Report as finished”, goto Inventory > Registration 10. +Add, and set Batch number 00010. Then click “Confirm registration” ACTUAL RESULT Quarantine order was created. Expected RESULT Quarantine order should not be created. It should be created if “Report as finished” is completed.
