When using a batch job to send out Customer Account Statements, the 'from' and 'to' dates are pre-defined and do not update on recurrence (when using a date interval or not). Idea is to allow the end date to update prior to the next recurrence based on the date the batch is run or a pre-defined date used in the date interval (similar functionality as 'late selection' in other batch job setups).
