On the customer card, you can specify to which e-mail address a specific document has to be sent (for example order confirmation, sales invoice, reminder ...).

But, there is no possibility to provide specific details for service documents (service invoice, service credit memo, service order confirmation ...).

Table 9657, field Usage (3, Option, PK) has to be extended with all service-related documents.
