At our customer scenario there is a need that technician is taking time after arriving at the customer location.
e.g. a huge power plant where a single machine needs to be maintained.

The resource need to walk at the customer location to reach the related asset.
In some cases an supervisor is required and the technician is not allowed to go on their own.

For an better time planning it would be helpfull if an offset could be added to the RSO to consider
at facility time of the technical after reaching the customer address.
