Since 2020, the declaration of consignment stocks in an European country is mandatory.
Also other tax rules habe been defined in the quick fixes package:

It would be a good thing if generally consignment stocks could be managed and also if there are some in EU. Therefore additional feelds like the VAT-nr of the customer where the consignment stock is are necessary. If this is not supported, the declaration cannot longer be managed out of BC and needs to be done manually.
