In NL it is common practice that the registration no. of the Chamber of Commerce is registered in the Company Information. This information is printed e.g. on everery sales invoice.

In fact the solution asked for is simple: in page 1 (Company Card) field 20 (Registration No.) of table 79 (Company Information) is missing. When this field 20 of table 79 is added to page 1 the problem is solved.
