I confirm, as soon as I have created a blank portal in my PROD environment, the Export to PDF button appeared on the case entity.

I also enabled it in the PDF settings based on this blog post:

Weirdly, this feature is available in both my DEV & TEST sandbox environments on the case entity!

But impossible to activate it on my production instance, even when the PDF Setting is set to activated... Please MS could an engineer chime in to explain why 2 of my 3 instances have this feature enabled on the case entity?

Maybe it's because I've installed a trial portal on both and not on the PROD instance?
