It would be nice to have ability to launch PITR using the LCS API. At least for sandboxes.

Purpose - Returning current state of Sandbox after exporting PROD database to LCS.

Sequence:

1. Refreshing Sandbox DB from PROD - implemented

2. Exporting Sandbox DB to LCS - implemented

3. Returning Sandbox DB using PITR to the moment before start of database refresh - not implemented
