I have several leads with whom I communicate via CRM, I create a segment and then a route to send the communication.

But since I started doing this process in real-time marketing, I've found several differences in behavior:

While in outbound marketing the msdyncrm_customerjourneyid field was filled in with the correct information.

In real-time marketing this does not happen, even though the msdynmkt_customerjourneyid field exists, it is not filled automatically.


This is a critical topic for several customers, I would like to see it implemented
