Adding a note to the timeline of a record does not auto save in the UCI whereas it does if you navigate away from the note in the Web Client.
Users are unhappy as this takes an extra step to click "Add Note"

Thank you for your feedback. Currently we are working on a feature that should address your needs.
The feature we are working on will auto-save an in-progress Note or Post if you navigate or take an action that would result in loss of that data (where we currently prompt you today). We want to reduce the need to click the correct button and instead will save the record on your behalf.
This feature is planned for a future release.
