I am unable to reassign records from a disabled account to another user. When I navigate to the user record under Settings > Security, select the user, and click "Reassign Record," it indicates that the activity is complete but fails to update the owner. The old owner remains assigned.
Furthermore, I attempted to reassign records from the entity level. When I select all the records I wish to assign to another user in Opportunities, I encounter a dual-write business process error.
