When opening an Contact via web from the Associated Contact View for Account entity, a user will click the “Back” button on browser and will be brought back to the account record instead of the Associated Contact View..


1. Open Account record which has associated contact record.


2. From chevron next to account record name select contact, Contact associated view will open.


3. From contact associated view open any contact.


4. From opened contact click on back button of browser; it should take you to Account record.


ideally, it should take you to associated contact view which is not happening. It is taking us two step back on single click and same thing will happen if you click back from associated view of contact, it will take you back to Account view.
