Out of the box we have a Price Override transaction report for POS sales price overrides. This report will give you any prices changes done on the POS transactions.

However, we do not have the same report available for call center price overrides. There is no mention that this report is only for POS overrides.

We happen to suggest this report for one of the clients thinking this report is for both POS and call center.

I have raised a ticket TrackingID#2109140050001486 for this issue. The initial thought from the MSFT support team is it is Bug and they raised a bug ID 620574.

Would be very useful for all the clients if we have these reports. There is no other equivalent report in the system.

Please review the idea and update me on this.
