Option to Prevent Sent Emails from Collecting in the User's "Sent" Folder

If an email is sent using an Email Scenario (i.e. Sales Invoice sent from accountsreceivable@customerdomain.com), the user's Sent mailbox gets filled up with the sent emails. The customer would like an option to prevent the user's mailbox from filling up.
