Hi,
I would like to suggest the possibility to add some sort of an environment variable setting table.
A persistent key/value table that is loaded by the NST into memory (refreshed occasionally) that can be queried/filled by specific AL functions where the database itself is not queried every time the table itself is needed.
Having it managed by the NST ensures the data in memory is always up to date and available whenever it is queried regardless of user session, etc...etc...
