When adding a candidate/prospect to a job, you can currently create a candidate with the same email address as an existing candidate with no warning or error.

There is then no way to delete or merge these candidates. This is a MAJOR issue when importing bulk candidates from a recruiter.

In addition, the duplicate candidate receives an error when trying to view an Offer because the name is already in use!

PLEASE do a check before allowing a duplicate to be created. PLEASE also allow us to "Add from existing candidates".
