We would like to have an additional Project Security Role on LCS, somewhere between Operations user and Environment manager.

The role will have full access to CHE and Sandbox Environment, while read only access to Production Environment.

This will provide Dev Team to perform Sandbox Environment Management + JIT SQL Server Access as well.
