Issue Description: Customer is encountering an error when attempting to export electronic payment as part of the process for sending remittance advice from the Payment Jounral. Specifically, error message stating:

"The target email address has not been specified on the document layout for Gen. Journal Line: PAYMENT, ACH, 10000, Vendor Remittance. Choose the Document Layouts action on the customer or vendor card to specify the email address. "

This error suggests that the document layout needs to be specified for each vendor, despite your configuration to send the report for all vendors via the Report Selection - Purchase.

Statement:

We have Business Central configured to send the same remittance report for all vendors via the Report Selection - Purchase. When we go to the payment journal and select Bank | Export to send Remittance emails, we receive the above error message. On the vendor card, there is an email populated and the Document Layout section is blank for all vendors, since it is setup on the Report Selection - Purchase section.

The goal here is to be able to properly manage a global remittance report to send to all vendors (which should be the Report Selection - Purchase). Currently we need to setup a document layout for each individual vendor for the report to correctly send, which we should not need (when the Vendor Document Layout is blank, it should use the report selection setup). We believe there is a code mistake causing a bug (looking for custom document layout to be mandatory but is should be not mandatory for custom layout).

Resolution:

This is a design limitation when using a custom report as it is required to specify this report in document layout on the Vendors/Customers page. The request is to allow to users not to specify document layout on vendors/customers when they already specified a custom report on the report selection page.
