Enable exchange rate integration 'out of the box'

Enable exchange rate integration right out of the box (without having to jump through hoops to get it to work). Netsuite does it automatically by simply switching it on! No need to manually set up a service etc. Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks all do it out of the box. 365BC is a little behind the times and whilst I appreciate you have 'options', it would be nice to have a "enable" button, with the option for those who wish to link directly to their bank to have the ability to do this (sadly.. my bank doesn't offer this service!).

It already does contain functions to subscribe to a webservice which updates your exchange rate. You just need decide which service to use. Here in Denmark we mostly use the EU Central bank's service.
