To add 'Purpose' to the Contact information grid in Personnel management

To be able to add 'Purpose' to the Contact information grid in Personnel management either by adding it permanently (as the grid is big enough for all fields within advanced access so that users do not need to click into another section to add further details) or adding it to the list of available fields to customise the Contact information grid with. This would make it easier for HR contacts when adding contact information on behalf of employees.
