Our users have a really big trouble when a manager placed an order or a quotation for customers with a certain amount of discount, then the customer didn't finalize at that time. Later when they come back, the manager is not in store and the cashier who has lower allowed discount amount/percentage cannot recall that order or quote.

This cause the customers unsatisfied experience and normally happen in real life situation.

My suggest it when any users have higher permission make an order or quote with high discount, they should have a button to finalize or sign it off. Then the next users with lower permission can recall that and only process what has been finalised.
