"Order fulfillment" is a great feature allow retailers to manager store's pick up and ship to home orders.
Inside the screen, you can filter by various criteria and perform a various action(pick, pack, ship, pick up)
you can also add this screen at the welcome page and set up notifications for workers.

However, this screen does not contain feature such as return order and cancel order.
Retaillers will have to keep the “Find Order" screen which was an early version of the "Order fulfillment" and you will not be able to see payment information from this screen directly and cannot be added at welcome page.

To improve operational efficiency, please consider add more features into "Order fulfillment" screen which let you search return and cancel orders directly at one place.

Thank you for your feedback. Have you investigated the Recall Order operation?  This operation allows for users to initiate cancel or return operation. While we will consider adding the cancel operation to order fulfillment, the return operation would be out of scope for us as the order fulfillment operation only shows lines open for fulfillment. Once an order is invoiced it no longer appears on order fulfillment form (by design) and therefore the return operation would be unusable as we cannot process returns on non-invoiced lines.
