I tried enabling Consent Center as part of Customer Insights. Since I'm a Microsoft employee and my demo tenant is using the lowest Dataverse subscription, it fails because there's not enough database storage available. My suggestion is to have the CDX team setup environments with additional storage -OR- have Consent Center be aware when it's an employee instance and automatically provision the storage required as part of the setup.


Issue: Enabling Consent Center fails with error message- Oops! We could not complete onboarding. Please try again later.


Workaround: Product team recommended the action plan to follow the established process which is to submit a support request to the CDX support team to increase the default storage capacity

 

Note: The Product team is aware of such kind of scenarios, and they would bring the long-term solution for it in near future

This forum allows you to provide suggestions for new features, ideas for improvements on current features, as well as general feedback, and then receive a response from the product group.
