I used to use Dynamics 2013 and office 2013 and I was able to use conditional statements to mail merge certain phrases, symbols, checkbox or images onto a word form based on the values within Dynamics.

Salesforce and avoided Zoho are able to do this with MS word without any issue, but with Dynamics this seems to be a problem, which is shouldn't be as it is a MS product. I tried this with MS 2016 and Dynamics 365 and it didnt work.

After speaking to support and the development team, it seems that this issue is no longer available or not working, simple mail merge works but not conditional statements or checkbox.

Please can you bring this back or make it work as this is very important for us, because we deal with many Government forms which we cant amend or adjust and use the checkbox feature as well as the conditional statements.
