Unable to change to Custome form in mobile form by default system is showing native form with new UI .if there is a scope to change it to custom forms it helps business to run with the existing functionality in mobile app

The form currently part of the new user experience will be removed when the experience reached general availability. Remaining elements of the new user experience including the Agenda view and Lists, will serve as an entry point for standard Unified Client Interface forms which are customizable and used today within Field Service Mobile. Keep an eye out for release notes and updates to the new user experience for further developments
