When using the customised dialog experience for Case Resolution, we may not need to see the 'Open Activities dialog' when resolving or cancelling a case, this is the dialog that warns that there are X amount of open activities and the user can close them automatically. In our instance, this is because we want the user to review the activities manually, and we are using a workflow to block the closure of the case until said activities are closed.

It appears that the the resolve/cancel buttons calls the web resource available at https://[environment url]/WebResources/Service/Incident/Ribbon/Incident_ribbon_library.js and this web resource refers to a setting (through some supporting functions) which it checks to determine whether the dialog should be displayed, however we are currently not able to access this setting in a supported manner to disable this dialog or get it not to show.

I suggest that this setting is available to adjust so that the dialog and its associated functionality can be disabled if needed.
