When an employee views their compensation on ESS, there is no biweekly equivalent option available. Annual, monthly, and hourly equivalents are displayed, and there is no option to personalize for a biweekly amount. The biweekly equivalent would be helpful for those enrolled in a biweekly compensation plan.
