It would be helpful to be able to search for documents within CRM. In addition, having a 1:N relationship for documents would also be helpful as the same document may be relevant to records on different entities. If SharePoint features such as document sets were made available through the CRM integration, this would be great as it would allow our users to be able to categorise their documents in a more structured way. So far SharePoint within CRM only has 3 metadata fields, which aren't overly helpful, so even adding extra columns for the associated grid view could work.
