When an incoming email message arrives in multiple mailboxes that are tracked to the CRM system, the category "Tracked to Dynamics" is added to the message as it is processed. The problem is that it is only added to the message in one of the mailboxes and not the others. It is also inconsistent in which mailbox it will be marked based on the timing. This is very confusing and should be fixed. The logic in the processing of incoming messages should be changed so that when a message is being processed and it is found to be already in dynamics, it should be categorized with "Tracked to Dynamics" as well.

A feature was released around July of 2021 which now should result in other users seeing the Tracked to Dynamics category if they were also recipients of the email and configured for Server-Side Sync.
