Currently on the All work form there is the 'Change user' function. This sets the 'Locked by' field to the selected user and ensures that only that user is able to view/complete that work item on the WMS app.

The issue is that if the user starts, but then cancels out of the work, the 'Locked by' field is cleared and the work needs to be reassigned to them.

This suggestion is to add a new field that is populated using the same 'Change user' function, but is permenant, and not cleared when that user exits the work.

This feature would be useful in industries where sensitive material is handled. The current suggested workaround of using work pools is not ideal as you would need to have a 1:1 relation between users and work pools for it to work.
