This is a must have feature in HR module.
1. Provide a process called Policy management which will help HR to create and maintain list of HR policies with date effectiveness.
2. HR should have the ability to update the policy with new version number and publish it on ESS.
3. Employees should receive a notification whenever a new policy is published and should have an option to accept or reject it.
4. Capture the Date time stamp of the date the policy published and the the employee accepted it.
5. Provide following reports.
a. Report to print the policy details.
b. Report to print a list of employees who has accepted/rejected the report and who has not accepted it.
